"Iron-based chromium carbide alloys specifically engineered for applications that involve abrasive conditions combined with impacts. The voltage for this product is 29 (Volt), ensuring optimal performance. With a wire feed speed of 600 (in/min) and a DC+ Polarity Current range of 120-250 (AMPs), it offers exceptional versatility. With a deposition rate of 12.8 (lb/hr), it provides maximum durability for metal-to-metal hardfacing. For optimal results, we recommend using LINCORE® 50 as the primary flux, along with flux 801 as the secondary option. Please note that standard flux 802 and 860 are not suitable for semiautomatic applications, but can be specially ordered through our Lincoln Electric representative. Lastly, please be aware that the properties of the single layer deposit may vary based on the base metal and/or build-up material used."
