The Tomahawk® 1000 plasma cutting system is a versatile tool designed for cutting and gouging various materials such as mild steel, brass, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. With its portable and rugged design, it can be used both on the jobsite and in a production environment for materials up to one inch in thickness. Simply connect the compressed air, grab the torch, and start cutting.
This system features PowerConnect® Technology, which automatically adjusts to input power ranging from 200 to 600 volts, single or three phase, and 50 or 60 hertz. The cutting output remains consistent regardless of the input voltage. The Continuous Output Control allows for precise arc focusing based on the thickness of the material being worked on. The Touch Start™ System provides reliable plasma arc initiation without the need for high frequency.
For ease of use, the front panel purge control makes it simple to set the air flow rate without starting the plasma arc. Additionally, the new electrode and nozzle design ensures cool operation and extends the life of consumables, saving you money in the long run. Safety is a priority with the Parts-in-Place™ system, which detects correct installation of consumables and torch.
For remote locations, the Tomahawk® can be powered by a Lincoln Electric Ranger® or Vantage® using the engine drive compatibility feature. Lastly, if you require it, an optional machine torch is available for use on CNC plasma cutting tables.
Overall, the Tomahawk® 1000 plasma cutting system offers versatility, durability, and various features to enhance your cutting and gouging experience.
