OVERVIEW

The weather resistant Flextec 650X multi-process welder is a powerful tool designed for heavy duty applications. The convenient one-pack includes the LF-74 4-roll feeder and necessary accessories, making it easy to order. Its simplicity is evident with the ability to use a wide range of 3 phase input power and the user-friendly one-knob process selection. A fast arc response ensures a smooth arc action and consistent bead appearance. With user weld schedule memory storage, you can easily recall critical or frequently used weld procedures (compatible with Power Feed and Flex Feed 84 wire feeders). The welder is reliable with components designed to run cool in high temperature environments. It is engineered for outdoor use, making it suitable for harsh conditions (IP23 rated) and extreme temperatures of up to 55°C. The flexibility of this welder makes it ideal for large diameter wire or stick welding on thick materials. It is compatible with a wide range of Lincoln Electric feeders, including bench and boom models, portable across-the-arc models, and models equipped with CrossLinc or ArcLink technology. The inclusion of CrossLinc technology eliminates the need for control cables, enabling remote procedure setting at the feeder for improved weld quality and increased arc time. With fewer trips to the power source to adjust settings, jobsite clutter is reduced, enhancing safety.
