COOLCUT™ NEO 3724 N is a cutting oil that offers exceptional performance for demanding cutting operations. Crafted from environmentally-friendly base oils and powerful EP-additives, this oil is ideal for a wide range of applications such as turning, milling, broaching, deep drilling, and threading. Specifically formulated for use on high tensile materials like high alloyed steels, Nickel- and Titanium-alloyed steels, and stainless steels, it delivers outstanding results. With its highest performance in severe cutting applications, it is designed to excel with stainless steel and high tensile alloys. Its low drag out, low fog, and low evaporation loss properties make it convenient to work with. It can be easily removed using aqueous or hydrocarbon cleaners, and its chlorine-free and zinc-free composition ensures an environmentally-friendly solution. Made with low emission base oils and EP-additives, it offers a kinematic viscosity of 16 mm2/s (400 C).
