The Tweco Roto-Work Ground Clamps offer excellent functionality when used with the Tweco Roto-Ground Device. These clamps have a variety of applications for high amperage grounding needs. To use them, simply screw the Roto-Ground shaft into the back of the Roto-Work Clamp. The clamp can be easily attached or moved between different rotating weldments or fixtures, eliminating the need to remove the Roto-Ground. This saves valuable welding time.
Made from a durable copper alloy, the Roto-Work Clamps are available in 600, 1200, and 2000 ampere capacities. The WCRG-2000 model features two tightening screws, while the WCRG-600 model is specifically designed for use with the smaller shaft size of No. RG-230. With large tightening screws and a generous contact surface area, these clamps ensure efficient and cool operation.
The design is rugged and reliable, featuring a ball-point screw to securely connect the welding cable to the ground clamp, as well as copper cast upper and lower jaws. The heavy-duty spring provides a strong clamping force to the work surface, while the insulated spring adds an extra layer of safety. These clamps are ideal for use on flat plates.
