The Professional & WeldSkill 21 Series Air Cooled Slip-on Nozzles are high-quality options for welding. They are available in both thread-on and slip-on (REL) variations. These self-insulated nozzles are ideal for light to medium duty welding applications of up to 180 Amps.
This 3-piece nozzle design consists of a Nozzle Housing, which is expertly cut and formed from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing. The Nozzle Insert is machined from a solid brass alloy and has internally threaded to match the gas diffuser. Additionally, the Nozzle Insulator is made from G7 silicone material, ensuring the necessary electrical conductivity from the gas diffuser.
For easy identification, each nozzle has a part number rolled stamped on its external surface. The tapered nozzle design eliminates the need for an additional insulator, simplifying the welding process. With threaded installation onto the gas diffuser, these nozzles provide a secure connection.
