The Tweco Spray Master Series 450 A LM Tube MIG Gun is a high-quality tool designed for ease of use and durability. With a heavy-duty contact tip, it can accommodate wires ranging in size from 0.045 to 1/16". The ergonomic handle design reduces fatigue for welders, allowing for more comfortable extended use.

This air-cooled MIG gun is ideal for both spray and pulse welding applications. It features a simplified direct rear plug for easy installation. The 15' power cable offers excellent wire feedability and features a Miller style rear connection.

With long conductor tubes, this MIG gun has an 80% duty cycle when used with argon/CO2 gases and is capable of delivering under pressure. It is designed for easy repair and requires less maintenance. The gun includes a diffuser for enhanced performance in high heat applications.

Featuring heavy-duty thick-walled contact tips and diffusers, the tip life is increased, reducing downtime with tip changes. The gun is balanced to pivot at the center of the handle, making it easy to use in different welding positions and reducing operator fatigue. An extended trigger length keeps the hand away from the arc, minimizing radiated heat.

The gun includes a steel spring strain relief that provides support to the Cablehoz coming out the rear of the handle, minimizing wire feed issues. There is also an optional mechanical locking trigger available. The gun features front and rear spring strain relief and cable support, as well as a compact and ergonomic handle design.

With a durable metal jacketed conductor tube and patented extended life consumables, this MIG gun is built to last. In the event of damage, the split-half handle case allows for easy access and repair. The mechanical cable connections are also field-repairable.

Thanks to its heavy wall conductor tube and front Cablehoz connection, the handle and conductor tube experience lower heat. This MIG gun also offers improved performance in high heat applications with its heavy-duty contact tip and diffuser.
