The Tweco® Spray Master® Series 250 A MIG Gun is a high-quality tool designed for welding applications. With a heavy-duty contact tip, it can accommodate wire sizes ranging from 0.035 to 0.045 inches. This air-cooled MIG gun is perfect for both spray and pulse welding.

Featuring an ergonomic handle design, this MIG gun reduces fatigue for welders, allowing for comfortable extended use. The simplified direct rear plug makes installation quick and easy. With a 20' cable and a standard 60-degree conductor tube that swivels 360 degrees around the handle, this MIG gun offers flexibility and convenience.

The rear Tweco® connection of this MIG gun has a fully-insulated Mig-Kwik connection, allowing users to easily connect or disconnect at the wire feeder. With an 80% duty cycle when used with argon/CO2 gases, this MIG gun is capable of delivering reliable performance even under pressure. It is also easy to repair and requires minimal maintenance.

Designed for optimum performance in high heat applications, this MIG gun features a heat sink and a durable diffuser. The heavy-duty thick-walled contact tip and diffuser not only increase tip life but also minimize downtime associated with tip changes.

The balanced pivot design of this MIG gun, centered at the handle, makes it easy to use in various welding positions and helps reduce operator fatigue. Another feature is the extended trigger length, which keeps the hand away from the arc, reducing radiated heat.

To ensure smooth wire feed, a steel spring strain relief supports the Cablehoz® that comes out of the rear of the handle. Optional mechanical locking triggers are available for added convenience.

With front and rear spring strain relief and cable support, this MIG gun has a durable metal jacketed conductor tube. The extended life consumables are patented, making them long-lasting and cost-effective.

Field repairability is a breeze with the split-half handle case, which provides easy access for repairs. The mechanical cable connections for Cablehoz® spare trigger leads also make field repairs quick and hassle-free.
