The TWECO® Robotics MIG gun body and cable assemblies are available in two different configurations. The QRW series comes with a water-cooled cable assembly, while the QRWA series features an air-cooled cable assembly. Both options are compatible with the QTRW series water-cooled conductor tube. The QRWA series is designed to offer optimal cooling at the conductor tube end and is built to withstand rugged conditions, ensuring a trouble-free cable assembly. The MIG gun body assembly includes water shut-off valves, and the "Water-in" and "Water-out" hoses are color coded for easy hookup. Additionally, the product features quick connections for water hoses and boasts a high flow rate, providing enhanced cooling for the conductor tube. The QRW series comes with larger water lines to further improve conductor tube cooling.
