TWECO® Robotics offers two configurations of water-cooled MIG gun body and cable assemblies. The QRW series includes a water-cooled cable assembly, while the QRWA series features an air-cooled cable assembly. Both configurations are compatible with the QTRW series water-cooled conductor tube. The QRWA series is designed with maximum cooling capabilities at the conductor tube end, ensuring a durable and trouble-free cable assembly. The MIG gun body assembly includes water shut-off valves and color-coded hoses for easy hook-up. Quick connections for the water hose are provided, and the QRWA series offers a high flow rate for enhanced cooling of the conductor tube. The QRW series, on the other hand, features larger water lines for improved conductor tube cooling.
