The Tweco® Weldskill® 24CT Series Nozzle is designed to protect the quality of your welds and extend the life of your gun. With a 3/4" bore size, this nozzle is perfect for use with a standard gas diffuser. Its 1.75" size and 1.07" outer diameter make it ideal for medium and heavy duty welding applications up to 450 A. This nozzle is made of copper alloy and features a recess contact tip relationship of 0.125 - 0.156". It is machined from a solid copper alloy for consistent dimensional stability and efficient heat dissipation. Sold in packs of 2, this 2-piece design offers great operator appeal with an ergonomic handle that has a diamond pattern for a better grip. The long-life trigger has been tested at over 1.2 million cycles without failure, while the rugged steel spring stain relief ensures durability and robustness. The nozzle housing and nozzle insulator are sold separately. The separate nozzle insulator threads onto the conductor tube and provides insulation to the nozzle. The entire nozzle is machined from a solid copper alloy bar, guaranteeing consistent dimensional stability and efficient heat dissipation.
