The Tweco® Weldskill® 24A Series Nozzle has a bore size of 0.625" and is designed to fit a standard gas diffuser. This nozzle is perfect for ensuring the quality of your welds and extending the lifespan of your welding gun. With a 3.48" length and an outer diameter of 0.875", it is ideal for medium to heavy-duty welding applications up to 450 A. The part number is easily identifiable as it is rolled stamped onto the outer surface. Made of copper alloy, the nozzle has a recess contact tip relationship ranging from 0.125" to 0.156". The nozzle includes a housing that is cut and formed from copper alloy tubing. It conveniently slides over the standard nozzle insulator and can be adjusted to achieve the desired contact tip and nozzle relationship. Sold in packs of two, this nozzle has an ergonomic handle with a diamond pattern for a better grip. It also features a long-life trigger that has been tested over 1.2 million cycles without failure. The rugged steel spring stain relief ensures durability and robustness.
