The Tweco® Weldskill® Nozzle is designed with a 0.625" bore size to fit a standard gas diffuser, making it suitable for use with currents up to 450 A. The 2.1" nozzle, with a 3.42" outer diameter, is perfect for medium to heavy duty welding applications in which currents do not exceed 450 A. For easy identification, the part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface. The nozzle housing is crafted from copper alloy tubing and is adjustable to achieve the desired recess contact tip. It easily slides over the standard nozzle insulator. This nozzle, made of copper alloy, is particularly well-suited for high heat applications that require longer electrical stick-out or when the nozzle comes into contact with the work piece. Sold in packs of two, it offers an ergonomic handle with a diamond pattern for improved grip and a long-life trigger that has been tested over 1.2 million cycles without failure.
