This 3.219" Nozzle, with an outer diameter of 0.875", is perfectly suited for medium to heavy duty welding applications that require up to 450 A. For easy identification, the part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface of the Nozzle. Made of copper alloy, the Nozzle has a 9/16"-18 UNC-2B thread size and a recess contact tip relationship ranging from 0.125 to 0.156". Its 3-piece design includes a Nozzle housing, crafted from copper alloy tubing, a Nozzle insert machined from solid brass, and a Nozzle insulator made of silicone material. The Nozzle insert allows for internal thread machining to match the conductor tube OD threads. With the Nozzle insulator, the Nozzle provides the necessary electrical insulation from the gas diffuser. Each pack contains 2 Nozzles. Additionally, this product offers easy identification with the part number rolled stamped on the outside surface. It conveniently threads onto the conductor tube assembly, and its Nozzle insert is machined from solid brass to match the conductor tube OD threads.
