The Tweco® Weldskill® 23 Series Nozzle is designed to protect the quality of your welds and prolong the life of your gun. With a bore size of 0.625", this nozzle is compatible with standard gas diffusers. It is ideal for medium to heavy duty welding applications up to 450 A.
The nozzle features a part number stamped on the outer surface, making it easy to identify. Made of copper alloy, it has a 9/16"-18 UNC-2B thread size and a recess contact tip relationship of 0.125 - 0.156".
This 3-piece design includes a nozzle housing, which is created from copper alloy tubing, a nozzle insert made from solid brass, and a nozzle insulator constructed from silicone material. The nozzle insert allows for internal thread machining to match the conductor tube OD threads.
Offering the necessary electrical insulation from the gas diffuser, the nozzle is sold in packs of 2. It conveniently threads onto the conductor tube assembly. This design eliminates the need for an additional insulator.
