The Tweco® Weldskill® 23 Series Nozzle is an essential component for maintaining the quality of your welds and extending the life of your welding gun. With a 1/5" bore size, this nozzle is designed to fit standard gas diffusers. It is perfect for medium to heavy duty welding applications up to 450 A.
The nozzle features a part number rolled stamped on the outside surface for easy identification. Its 9/16"-18 UNC-2B thread size ensures a secure fit onto the conductor tube assembly. Made of durable copper alloy, the nozzle insert is machined from a solid brass, allowing for precise internal thread machining to match the conductor tube OD threads.
The nozzle housing, cut and formed from copper alloy tubing, provides structural integrity. The silicone material used for the nozzle insulator offers electrical insulation required from the gas diffuser.
This 3-piece design eliminates the need for an additional insulator. The nozzle is sold in packs of two, further adding to its convenience and value.
