Measuring at 3.219" with a 3/4" outer diameter, this nozzle is ideal for medium to heavy duty welding applications with up to 450 A. Its part number is conveniently rolled stamped on the outer surface for easy identification.
Made of copper alloy, this nozzle features a 9/16"-18 UNC-2B thread size and a recess contact tip relationship of 0.125 - 0.156". It has a 3-piece design, consisting of a copper alloy nozzle housing, a solid brass nozzle insert, and a silicone nozzle insulator.
The nozzle insert allows for machining of internal threads, ensuring a proper fit with the conductor tube OD threads. Additionally, the nozzle offers the necessary electrical insulation from the gas diffuser, thanks to the nozzle insulator made from g7 silicone material.
Each pack includes 2 nozzles, and the nozzle housing is cut and formed from copper alloy tubing. This 3-piece design eliminates the need for an additional insulator, making it convenient and efficient to use.
