The Professional & Weldskill® 21 Series Air Cooled Slip-on Nozzles are designed for light to medium duty welding applications up to 180 amperes. These self-insulated nozzles are available in both thread-on and slip-on (REL) variations.
The 3-piece design of these nozzles includes a Nozzle Housing made from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, a Nozzle Insert machined from a solid brass alloy with internal threads matching the gas diffuser, and a Nozzle Insulator made from G7 silicone material to provide the necessary electrical insulation from the gas diffuser.
To make identification easy, the Part Number is rolled stamped on the outside surface of the nozzle. Additionally, the tapered 3-piece design eliminates the need for an extra insulator as the nozzle effortlessly threads onto the gas diffuser.
