The Professional & Weldskill® 21 Series Air Cooled Slip-on Nozzles are designed for efficient welding in light to medium duty applications up to 180 amperes. These self-insulated nozzles are available in both thread-on and slip-on (REL) variants.
The 3-piece design includes a Nozzle Housing, which is cut and formed from high-quality 122 DHP copper alloy tubing. The Nozzle Insert is machined from a solid brass allow and features internal threads that match the gas diffuser for a seamless welding experience. Additionally, the Nozzle Insulator is made from G7 silicone material, providing the necessary electrical insulation from the gas diffuser.
For easy identification, the Part No. is rolled stamped on the outside surface of the nozzle. The tapered nozzle design eliminates the need for an additional insulator. Simply thread the nozzle onto the gas diffuser, and you're ready to weld.
