The Tweco® WC26 Series Water Cooled Nozzles are specially designed for 600 Amp Tweco Standard Water Cooled MIG Guns. These nozzles are compatible with both Tweco Standard and Eliminator consumables. To enhance performance, these nozzles are used in conjunction with the Spatter Shield WC26-1 (Stock No. 1264-1009), which is sold separately.
Crafted from tellurium copper alloy bar, the nozzle housing guarantees consistent dimensional stability and efficient heat dissipation. Each nozzle also includes a spatter shield made from G7 silicone material. To facilitate easy identification, the part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface. Furthermore, these nozzles can be threaded onto the outer jacket assembly of water-cooled conductor tubes. Suitable for medium to heavy duty welding applications up to 600 amperes, the Tweco® WC26 Series Water Cooled Nozzles are a reliable choice.
