The Tweco® WC26 Series Water Cooled Nozzles are designed for 600 Amp Tweco Standard Water Cooled MIG Guns. These nozzles are compatible with both Tweco Standard and Eliminator consumables, and are specifically used with the Spatter Shield WC26-1 (Stock No. 1264-1009), which is sold separately.
These nozzles are perfect for medium to heavy duty welding applications up to 600 amperes. The nozzle housing is meticulously machined from a tellurium copper alloy bar, ensuring consistent dimensional stability and efficient heat dissipation. Each nozzle also comes with a spatter shield made from G7 silicone material, providing added protection.
Easy identification is made possible with the part number conveniently rolled stamped on the outside surface of each nozzle. To use, simply thread the nozzle onto the outer jacket assembly of water-cooled conductor tubes.
