Furthermore, the solid copper conductor path maximizes electrical surface contact by minimizing the number of connections. By reducing consumable part replacements, it offers an affordable solution for users. The nozzle's centered liner and rotatable tip optimize wire feedability, providing longer-lasting performance that requires fewer changes. For easy identification, the part number is rolled stamped on the outside surface. The adjustable nozzle allows users to achieve the desired contact tip and nozzle relationship. Made from high-quality 122 dhp copper alloy tubing, the nozzle housing is cut and formed for durability. It easily slides over the standard nozzle insulator. The range of nozzle tip options includes recessed tips, suitable for higher heat applications requiring longer electrical stick-out or when the nozzle may touch the workpiece for tasks like tack, spot, and stitch welding. Flush tips are ideal for shorter electrical stick-out, resulting in shorter/tighter arc lengths, bringing the tip closer to the workpiece. Protruding tips are beneficial for welding open root pipe or tight weld joints, although caution must be exercised to prevent arcing the tip to the workpiece and damaging front end parts, which would require replacement and downtime.
