The Tweco Velocity Flush Nozzle is a remarkable improvement on our previous design. Based on feedback from welders, we have made it simpler and more convenient by reducing the number of tools and threads required. Unlike typical MIG consumables that have two or three sets of threads, we have streamlined it to just one set. Furthermore, our unique design incorporates both soft (brass) and hard (stainless steel) materials in the mating threads. This combination significantly reduces problems like seizing and cross threading. The heat-treated stainless threads on the gooseneck are virtually unbreakable, while the softer brass threads on the replaceable nozzle offer a secure grip that won't loosen. The Fixed Threaded feature ensures a consistent flushness relationship between the nozzle opening and contact tip, while the Adjustable Slip allows welders to easily adjust the flushness relationship and provides better access for cleaning. Additionally, our nozzle offers a solution for tack and spot welding with MIG.
