The Tweco® Coarse Threaded Copper Nozzle is a high-quality product designed for standard gas diffusers. With a 3/4" size and machined from a solid copper alloy bar, this nozzle provides consistent dimensional stability and efficient heat dissipation.
The 1.75" nozzle with a 1.07" outer diameter is perfect for medium to heavy-duty welding applications up to 450 A. It features a part number that is rolled stamped on the outer surface for easy identification. Made of 145 tellurium copper alloy, this two-piece nozzle design offers durability and reliability.
This nozzle is best suited for higher heat applications that require longer electrical stick-out or when the nozzle needs to touch the workpiece. Sold in packs of two, it is a convenient choice for welding professionals.

Please note that the nozzle housing and nozzle insulator are sold separately. The nozzle insulator threads onto the conductor tube, providing insulation to the nozzle.
There are different types of tips available. Recessed tips are suitable for higher heat applications where longer electrical stick-out is required, or when the nozzle may touch the workpiece. Flush tips are used when a shorter electrical stick-out is preferred, bringing the tip closer to the workpiece. Protruding tips are ideal for welding in tight joints, although there is a risk of damaging the front end parts if the tip arcs to the workpiece, requiring downtime for replacement.
