The Tweco® 23 Series Nozzle is specifically designed for use with standard gas diffusers and Tweco® no.3 MIG guns up to 450 A. This heavy-duty nozzle, made from 122 DHP copper alloy, offers excellent performance in welding applications. Easy to identify with its part number rolled stamped on the outside, this 3-piece nozzle features a nozzle housing constructed from copper alloy tubing, a brass nozzle insert, and a silicone nozzle insulator. The nozzle insert allows for the internal threading to match conductor tube OD threads. Sold in packs of two, this nozzle provides the necessary electrical insulation from the gas diffuser. The addition of an insulator is not required due to its 3-piece design.
