This 3.219" Nozzle, with a 0.97" outer diameter, is ideal for heavy-duty welding applications that require up to 450 A. For easy identification, the part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface.
Made of high-quality 122 DHP copper alloy, this nozzle has a 9/16"-18 UNC-2B thread size and a recess contact tip relationship of 0.125 - 0.156". It is perfect for situations that require a longer electrical stick-out or when the nozzle comes into contact with the workpiece.
The nozzle features a 3-piece design, including a nozzle housing made from cut and formed copper alloy tubing, a nozzle insert machined from solid brass, and a nozzle insulator made of silicone material. The nozzle insert allows for the machining of internal threads to match the conductor tube OD threads.
With the nozzle insulator providing the necessary electrical insulation, this nozzle ensures proper insulation between the gas diffuser and the workpiece.
