This heavy-duty welding accessory is made from 122 DHP copper alloy, ensuring durability and longevity. Utilizing a 3-piece design, it includes a nozzle housing crafted from copper alloy tubing, a solid brass nozzle insert, and a silicone nozzle insulator for electrical insulation. The easy identification part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface for convenient reference. The nozzle insert allows for machining of internal threads to match the conductor tube OD threads. Sold in packs of 2, this nozzle offers the necessary electrical insulation when attached to the gas diffuser. The nozzle can be directly threaded onto the conductor tube assembly, eliminating the need for an additional insulator.
