The Tweco® 23 Series Self Insulated Nozzle is specifically designed for standard gas diffusers and is compatible with up to 450 A Tweco® no.3 MIG guns. This heavy-duty welding accessory is ideal for various welding applications and features a 0.375" bore size. With a 3/4" outer diameter and a part number rolled stamped on the surface, the 3.11" Nozzle offers easy identification. Made of durable 122 DHP copper alloy, it has a flush contact tip relationship of 0.062" and a 9/16"-18 UNC-2B thread size. The nozzle's 3-piece design includes a housing cut and formed from copper alloy tubing, a solid brass nozzle insert, and a silicone nozzle insulator. This design eliminates the need for an additional insulator. Furthermore, the nozzle insert can be machined to match the conductor tube OD threads. The Nozzle effectively provides electrical insulation, as required, with the help of the gas diffuser and is sold in packs of 2. It conveniently threads onto the conductor tube assembly.
