The Tweco® 23 Series Self Insulated Nozzle is designed for standard gas diffusers and easily attaches to the conductor tube assembly. This 3.219" Nozzle is perfect for heavy-duty welding applications up to 450 A. Its 3/4" OD and 0.375" bore size provide optimal performance. The part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface for simple identification.
Made from 122 DHP copper alloy, this Nozzle features a 9/16"-18 UNC-2B thread size and a recess contact tip relationship of 0.125 - 0.156". It is ideal for situations where longer electrical stick-out is needed or when the nozzle may touch the workpiece.
Crafted with a 3-piece design, this Nozzle includes a nozzle housing cut and formed from copper alloy tubing, a brass nozzle insert machined to match the conductor tube OD threads, and a silicone nozzle insulator for electrical insulation required from the gas diffuser.
Each pack includes 2 Nozzles, and the convenient design allows for easy installation without the need for an additional insulator. Choose from recessed, flush, or protruding tips to suit your specific welding needs. Please note that protruding tips may increase the risk of arcing the tip to the workpiece, which may result in downtime for replacement.
