With a 2.224" nozzle and 3/4" OD, it is perfect for light to medium duty welding applications. The part number is conveniently rolled stamped on the outer surface for easy identification.
Made of 122 DHP copper alloy, this nozzle is well-suited for high heat applications that require longer electrical stick-out or when the nozzle comes into contact with the workpiece. Its 3-piece design eliminates the need for an additional insulator and consists of a nozzle housing, a nozzle insert machined from solid brass, and a silicone nozzle insulator. The nozzle insert allows for internal thread machining to match the gas diffuser, and it easily threads onto the diffuser.
The nozzle offers electrical insulation provided by the silicone insulator, ensuring safety during use. Each pack includes 2 nozzles.
