This water-cooled nozzle features a 3/4" diameter bore and a G7 silicone shield, providing excellent spatter protection. Suitable for medium to heavy-duty welding applications up to 400 A, the nozzle's bottle shaped geometry and tellurium copper alloy bar housing ensure effective heat dissipation. Additionally, the straight I.D bore allows for easy cleaning of the sidewalls, ensuring optimal gas flow. Perfect for use with a nozzle cleaning station integrated in robotic weld cells, this nozzle is easily identifiable with its part number rolled stamped on the outside surface. Compatible with water-cooled conductor tubes, each nozzle also includes a spatter shield made from G7 silicone material.
