The Tweco® Robotics Nozzle with nickel plate is specifically designed for use with robotic/fixed automation MIG guns. This water-cooled nozzle features a 1/2" diameter bore and has a G7 silicone shield that provides excellent spatter protection. Suitable for medium to heavy-duty welding applications up to 400 A, the nozzle's bottle-shaped geometry and straight I.D bore allow for effective cleaning of the sidewalls and optimal gas flow. It is compatible with nozzle cleaning stations commonly found in robotic weld cells. The nozzle housing is made from tellurium copper alloy bar, ensuring efficient heat dissipation and dimensional stability. Each nozzle comes with a spatter shield made from G7 silicone material and easily threads onto the outer jacket assembly of water-cooled conductor tubes.
