Tweco® Robotics Nozzle with nickel plate is a specialized component designed for robotic and fixed automation MIG guns. This water-cooled nozzle features a 5/8" Dia bore with a tip recess and a G7 silicone shield that provides excellent spatter protection. With its bottle-shaped geometry, this nozzle is suited for medium to heavy-duty welding applications up to 400 A.
Crafted from tellurium copper alloy bar, the nozzle housing ensures effective heat dissipation. The straight I.D. bore allows for proper cleaning of the sidewalls, ensuring optimal gas flow. It is particularly useful when used with a nozzle cleaning station integrated within robotic weld cells.
To facilitate easy identification, the part number is rolled stamped on the outside surface.
