The Tweco® Robotics Nozzle Assembly with eliminator is specially designed for use with robotic and fixed automation MIG guns. This 3-piece assembly features a 5/8" diameter bore and a 5/32" protruding tip, ideal for light to medium duty welding applications up to 600 A. The assembly includes a G7 silicone insulator, providing electrical insulation from the gas diffuser. The nozzle insert, made from solid brass, can be machined to match the internal threads of the gas diffuser. The housing, made from tellurium copper alloy bar, ensures effective heat dissipation. With its bottle shaped geometry, this nozzle assembly eliminates the need for an additional insulator. Choose from recessed tips for higher heat applications, flush tips for shorter arc lengths, or protruding tips for tight weld joints. The straight ID bore at the front end of the nozzle allows for proper cleaning and ensures good gas flow. This nozzle assembly is compatible with nozzle cleaning stations commonly found in robotic weld cells.
