It is made of durable 122 DHP copper alloy, ensuring longevity and reliability. The design includes a 3-piece construction, consisting of a copper alloy tubing nozzle housing, a solid brass nozzle insert, and a silicone nozzle insulator. This nozzle also features a recess contact tip relationship of 0.125 - 0.156", making it ideal for applications that require longer electrical stick-out or when the nozzle comes into contact with the workpiece.
