With a 1.75" size and 1.07" outer diameter, it is perfect for medium and heavy duty welding applications up to 450 A. The part number is conveniently stamped on the outer surface for easy identification. Made of durable copper alloy, the nozzle maintains a close contact with a 0.125 - 0.156" recessed contact tip. Its solid copper construction provides consistent dimensions and effective heat dissipation. Sold in packs of two, this 2-piece design nozzle comes with an ergonomic handle featuring a diamond pattern for improved grip. The long-life trigger has been tested for over 1.2 million cycles without any failures, while the rugged steel spring strain relief ensures durability. Please note that the nozzle housing and nozzle insulator are sold separately. The separate nozzle insulator threads onto the conductor tube and provides insulation for the nozzle.
