The Tweco® Heavy-duty Nozzle is specially designed for standard gas diffusers to ensure high-quality welds and prolong the lifespan of the gun. With a 3/4" bore size, this robust nozzle is ideal for heavy-duty welding applications reaching up to 450 A. Its 3.164" size, featuring a 1.117" OD, allows for easy identification with the part number neatly rolled stamped on the outer surface. Made from durable 122 DHP copper alloy, the nozzle maintains a flush contact tip relationship of 0.062", accommodating longer electrical stick-out when needed.
The nozzle boasts a 3-piece design consisting of a copper alloy tubing nozzle housing, a solid brass machined nozzle insert, and a silicone nozzle insulator. This design enables the nozzle to slide effortlessly over a metal spring of the gas diffuser, delivering the required electrical insulation. Each pack includes two nozzles.
