The Tweco® Heavy-duty Nozzle on this 2-pack product is designed to ensure high-quality welds and increase the lifespan of the gun. With a 0.625" bore size, this nozzle is compatible with standard gas diffusers. It is ideal for heavy-duty welding applications that require a maximum of 450 A. The easy identification part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface of the nozzle for convenience. Made of durable 122 DHP copper alloy, the nozzle has a flush contact tip relationship of 0.062", allowing for longer electrical stick-out in certain situations. Its 3-piece design includes a copper alloy tubing nozzle housing, a solid brass nozzle insert, and a silicone nozzle insulator. The nozzle insert allows for easy sliding over the metal spring of the gas diffuser. Providing necessary electrical insulation, the g7 silicone material nozzle insulator ensures safe operation. Please note that this product does not require an additional insulator. Depending on the application, you can choose between the recessed tip, flush tip, or protruding tip. While the protruding tip is preferred for welding tight spaces, there is a risk of damaging the front-end parts if the tip arcs against the workpiece.
