The Tweco® Copper Nozzle is specifically designed for heavy-duty welding applications. With a 3/8" bore size, it is compatible with up to 250 A Tweco® Spray Master® MIG guns and fits standard gas diffuser. Made of 122 DHP copper alloy, this nozzle is perfect when longer electrical stick-out is required or when the nozzle may touch the work piece.
Featuring a 3-piece design, the nozzle includes a copper alloy tubing nozzle housing, a solid brass nozzle insert, and a silicone nozzle insulator for electrical insulation from the gas diffuser. The part number is clearly rolled stamped on the outer surface for easy identification.
Available in a pack of 2, this Tweco® Copper Nozzle meets the electrical insulation requirements and ensures efficient welding performance. Different tip designs, such as recessed, flush, and protruding tips, cater to various welding needs. While protruding tips are ideal for tight weld joints, they carry the risk of arcing to the work piece. In such cases, the front end parts may need replacement resulting in downtime.
