The Tweco® Copper Nozzle in 3/4" size is an excellent choice for standard gas diffusers. It is designed for light to medium duty welding applications up to 250 A. This high-quality nozzle is made from copper alloy and features a 3-piece design, eliminating the need for an additional insulator. The part number is conveniently rolled stamped on the surface for easy identification. The nozzle consists of a nozzle housing, made from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, a nozzle insert machined from solid brass, and a nozzle insulator made from silicone material. The nozzle insert is crimped in place, allowing the nozzle to slide over a metal spring in the gas diffuser. It is compatible with the standard EL gas diffuser threads and offers the necessary electrical insulation provided by the nozzle insulator. Each pack contains 2 nozzles. Choose from different tip variations to suit your specific welding needs. The recessed tip is perfect for higher heat applications or when the nozzle may come into contact with the workpiece. The flush tip is great for shorter electrical stick-outs, resulting in shorter/tighter arc lengths. The protruding tip is ideal for tight weld joints, particularly open root pipes, although there is a small risk of arc damage to the front end parts.
