The Tweco® Brass Nozzle with a 1/2" bore size is specifically designed for use with standard gas diffusers. It is designed to protect the quality of your welding and extend the lifespan of your gun. With a nozzle diameter of 3.018" and an outer diameter of 0.875", it is perfect for heavy-duty welding applications up to 250 A.
This nozzle features a part number that is easily identifiable as it is rolled stamped on the outside surface. Made from a copper alloy, it has a 3-piece design which includes a nozzle housing, a nozzle insert made from solid brass, and a nozzle insulator made from silicone material.
The threads on this nozzle are compatible with standard EL gas diffusers. The nozzle insert is securely crimped in place to allow the nozzle to slide over the metal spring that is part of the gas diffuser. The nozzle provides the necessary electrical insulation required from the gas diffuser, thanks to the nozzle insulator made from g7 silicone material.
Each pack contains 2 nozzles, and with its easy identification and 3-piece design, there is no need for an additional insulator. This nozzle insert, machined from solid brass, ensures a secure fit over the gas diffuser's metal spring.
