The Tweco® Eliminator® 450 A MIG Gun is designed to handle wires ranging in size from 0.035 to 0.045". This air-cooled MIG gun is built to last, featuring a metal jacketed conductor tube. With a 60% duty cycle using CO2 gas, this MIG gun is reliable and efficient. The 15' power cable offers seamless wire feedability and has a Miller® style rear connection. The gun is equipped with dual spring and rubber strain reliefs on both ends for added durability. The standard 60-degree conductor tube allows for 360-degree swivel around the handle and can be easily removed and replaced without removing the conduit. The MIG gun also features a fully insulated Mig-Kwik connection for easy connection and disconnection at the wire feeder.

With operator appeal in mind, this MIG gun boasts an ergonomic handle to reduce operator fatigue and an extended trigger length to minimize heat radiating towards the welder's gloved hand. In terms of field repairability, the split-half handle case provides easy access for repairs, and the mechanical cable connections for Cablehoz® are also field repairable. To further enhance performance, the patented contact tip design eliminates threads and utilizes a cam style interface for increased surface contact. The ball and socket conductor tube design incorporates a three-layer construction for flexibility and durability.

This versatile MIG gun is suitable for a wide range of welding applications, including spray transfer and pulse welding modes with straight CO2 or mixed gases.
