The Tweco® 16RS/S Series Brass Gas Diffuser is compatible with the 450 A MIG gun series and eliminator front-end consumables. This gas diffuser is perfect for medium to heavy duty standard welding applications up to 450 A. It has a 1.25" size with a 3/8"-24UNF-2A thread and contains six 0.094" gas holes. The part number is conveniently rolled stamped on the outside for easy identification. Made from 360-brass alloy bar stock, it offers consistent dimensional stability. The gas diffuser includes a conduit set screw to securely hold the conduit liner in place. Designed with a proper threaded conductor tube for MIG guns, this gas diffuser is sold in packs of 5. Additionally, it comes with various tip options featuring recessed, flush, and protruding tips for different welding needs.
