With a thread size of M10 x 1.5-6g and four 0.094" gas holes, this 1.99" gas diffuser provides reliable performance. Its part number is easily identifiable, thanks to the rolled stamp on the external surface. Constructed from 360-brass alloy bar stock, this gas diffuser ensures consistent dimensional stability.
The machined threads on the external surface allow the nozzle assemblies to thread over and hold the nozzle securely in place during the welding process. Sold in packs of five, this gas diffuser is a reliable and convenient choice.
In terms of tips, recessed tips are great for higher heat applications and longer electrical stick-out. On the other hand, flush tips are suitable for shorter electrical stick-out and closer arc lengths.
