The Tweco® Weldskill® Tapered Contact Tip is designed to accommodate 0.035" wire, making it perfect for standard welding applications up to 600 A. This contact tip features a part number that is rolled stamped on the outer surface, allowing for easy identification. With a 1 1/2" length and M8 X 1.25-6g thread size, it has a 0.044" nominal ID and 0.375" OD.
Made from 122 DHP copper alloys, this contact tip is machined from a copper alloy tubing to provide a consistent and smooth inside diameter surface. The threaded style ensures proper contact with a gas diffuser when installed to the MIG gun. Each package contains 25 contact tips, each of which is marked with the part number and wire diameter for easy identification.
This contact tip boasts excellent electrical properties and has an inside diameter tolerance held to +/-.003 in. It is machined from a chrome zirconium copper tubing, offering a robust and durable construction. The ergonomic handle features a diamond pattern for a better grip, providing operator appeal.
