The Tweco® Weldskill® Tapered Contact Tip is designed for use with 0.035" wire and offers reliable protection for your welds and the longevity of your gun. This contact tip has excellent electrical properties, making it perfect for standard welding applications up to 200 A. To make identification easy, it is labeled with a part number and wire diameter.
With a 1" length and M6 X 1.0-6g thread size, this contact tip has a 0.044" nominal ID and a 1/4" OD. It is constructed from 122 DHP copper alloys and is machined from copper alloy tubing to ensure a consistent and smooth inside diameter surface with a tolerance of +/- 0.003". The threaded style of the contact tip ensures proper contact with a gas diffuser when installed to the MIG gun.
