Introducing the upgraded Tweco Velocity. We have taken into account the valuable feedback from welders who desired simplicity and efficiency. As a result, our design now requires no additional tools and eliminates the common issues with multiple threads. Unlike other MIG consumables that have two or even three sets of threads, Velocity has successfully reduced it to just one set. Additionally, Velocity features a combination of both soft (brass) and hard (stainless steel) materials for the mating threads. This unique composition significantly minimizes problems with seizing and cross-threading. Moreover, our heat-treated stainless threads on the gooseneck are practically indestructible, while the brass threads on the replaceable nozzle offer enhanced grip and prevent loosening. Compatible with wire sizes ranging from .030" (0.8 mm) to 1/16" (1.6 mm), our product is optimized for efficient performance at .045" (1.2 mm). Experience power and reliability with a capacity of 200 to 350 Amps at a 60% Duty Cycle.
