Tapered Contact Tip - The contact tips in this product are easily identifiable as each one is marked with its Part No. and wire diameter. They possess excellent electrical properties and have an inside diameter tolerance of +/-.003". Each contact tip is machined from a copper alloy tubing, ensuring a consistent and smooth inside diameter surface. The contact tips are manufactured from extruded or gun-drilled copper alloy and are available in threaded and/or twist lock Eliminator style. Additionally, this product includes an Eliminator style gas diffuser and a threaded style contact tip that guarantees proper contact with the gas diffuser when installed to the MIG gun. It is designed for heavy-duty welding applications up to 200 amperes. With the option of Slip-On or Thread-On nozzle styles and a variety of diameter bore sizes, the contact tips offer versatility. Furthermore, the gas diffusers are specifically designed for various MIG gun series.
