The Tweco® 11 Series Standard Duty Tapered Contact Tip is designed for 0.045" wire and is compatible with the 160 - 250 A Tweco® Spray Master®, Tweco® mini MIG Gun, and Tweco® No.1 MIG guns. This contact tip offers excellent electrical properties and is suitable for standard welding applications up to 200 A. With its part number and wire diameter clearly marked, it is easy to identify. The contact tip has a 1" length, an M6 X 1.0-6g thread size, a 0.054" nominal ID, and a 1/4" OD. It is made from high-quality copper alloy tubing and is machined to provide a consistent and smooth inside diameter surface with a tolerance of +/-0.003". The threaded style ensures proper contact with a gas diffuser when installed on the MIG gun, and it is available in slip-on or thread-on nozzle styles with various bore sizes. This contact tip securely locks in place when twisted, allowing for better electrical conductivity and increased surface contact. Its thick-walled design acts as a heat sink, effectively conducting heat away from the arc source. When the tip wear point is reached, it can be twisted half-turn counter-clockwise to reveal a new wear point, effectively doubling the tip's lifespan. The contact tip is sold in packs of 25.
