The Tweco® 11 Series Heavy Duty Contact Tip is designed to accommodate 0.035" wire and is compatible with 160 - 250 A Tweco® No.1 MIG guns and specific MIG gun series. This contact tip is perfect for heavy-duty welding applications up to 200 A, providing excellent electrical properties. It is easy to identify with its part number and wire diameter. With a 1" size, M6 X 1.0-6g thread, 0.044" nominal ID, and 0.283" OD, this contact tip is made from extruded or gun-drilled 122 DHP copper alloy, ensuring a consistent and smooth inside diameter surface with a tolerance of +/-0.003". Its threaded style guarantees proper contact with a gas diffuser when installed to the MIG gun. You can choose between slip-on or thread-on nozzle styles with different bore sizes. The contact tip locks in place when twisted and offers better electrical conductivity and increased surface contact. Its thick-walled design acts as a heat sink, effectively conducting heat away from the arc source. When the tip wear point is reached, simply twist it a quarter turn clockwise to reveal a fresh wear point, effectively doubling the life of the tip. Each pack contains 25 contact tips.
